This is the foundational and mandatory course for all Missional Cell Leaders, Assistant Cell Leaders and Core members in Bartley Christian Church (BCC). It seeks to align participants to the vision and direction of Bartley Christian Church (BCC), BCC’s strategy of Missional Cells and its leadership structure, roles and reporting system, etc. It also provides basic leadership and ministry training to equip a person to lead a cell. Participants are expected to continue with more advanced as well as broader equipping on leadership/ministry training upon completion of this course.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:
1. Own and articulate the history, vision statement, doctrinal stand, core values and leadership structure of Bartley Christian Church.
2. Define what is a “Missional Disciple” and “Missional Cell” and live out as a missional disciple under the support and auspices of a Missional Cell.
3.Encourageand attract others to likewise adopt such a missional lifestyle and become part of a missional cell/community.
4.Understand and carry out the role and responsibility of Missional Cell Leader with faith and confidence.
